Refund policy.

This policy applies to purchases on www.essaymate.io. Djehuti Ventures Limited is the seller for all of them, and payments are processed by Paystack.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid EssayMate plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. You get the full amount back, and the plan ends when the refund is issued. The free plan has no charge, so it has nothing to refund.

2. Renewals and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Renewal payments after the first payment are not refunded, except in the cases in section 3.

3. Charges we always refund

Whenever you ask, we refund in full:

• a duplicate charge for the same purchase;
• a charge for the wrong amount or the wrong plan;
• a renewal charged after you cancelled.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@essaymate.io from the email address on your EssayMate account. Include the date and amount of the payment, and the Paystack reference from your receipt if you have it.

5. When you get your money

We reply to every refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method through Paystack. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit on your statement.

6. Software development and marketing projects

Refunds for custom software development and online marketing work are set out in the written agreement or quote for that project.
